Course Summary: Our Microneedling Course is an intensive advanced facial skincare training course that will teach you to deliver these in-demand treatments with confidence. Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin with either a dermapen or dermaroller. Microneedling is used to treat and improve conditions like acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, loose skin, skin texture, pore size, brown spots, stretch marks, and pigment issues. Course Duration: The duration of our Microneedling course is 1 day and will be held in our Benfleet clinic. Course Structure: This course will begin at 10:00am. You should aim to arrive to the salon for 9:45am where possible to prepare for the day. From 10am until lunch you will cover microneedling theory including: • Introduction to micro needling • Hygiene, health, and safety • Sterilising equipment • Use of both micro needling devices • Professional ethics, standards of practice • Human anatomy and physiology • Consultation • Contra-indications/contra-actions • Treatment procedure • Aftercare • Complications and anaphylaxis • Storage and insurance • Demonstration and practical session
